S1 Help!
OK so this might seem like a stupid question, but I'm really stuck
I am so confused as to when you use a sample standard deviation (or variance), or population standard deviation (or variance)
I will attach a question, and my working, but I think the mark scheme could be wrong, please help!

It's part iii) I used the sample standard deviation, but the mark scheme uses population standard deviation, then changes that to variance
