Student Loan apparently cancelled by me?! HELP PANICKING!

Yesterday I checked my account and it said APPLICATION CANCELLED! I was really upset because I didn't cancel it. In the correspondence section it just has POST entitlement letter and nothing else. I am 100% certain that I didn't cancel it could SF have cancelled it themselves. I'm really upset as it said APPLICATION APPROVED 3 days ago. Thanks

They don't have an e-mail address but thanks. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
Nonsense.
Plenty of email addresses for complaints here.

Just sounds like a mistake on the part of SF. Phone or email them, but bear in mind that we've just hit the suggested target date for applications, so they're going to be very busy for the next couple of weeks.

Ok thanks.
Phone them first chance you get.

Have all various account numbers and the like to hand, phone them and make abundantly clear it wasn't you that cancelled it.

I had an issue a few years ago where I had apparently applied for £0. I phoned up once thinking I'd messed up and they said it would take weeks and loads of paper work to fill out. I phoned up half an hour later and said something had gone wrong on their end and a women pushed a button and I got my full loan.
