If you look at the table 90% are in interphase, which means 10% are doing mitosis. Mitosis is only a very small section of the entire cell cycle - because interphase takes up most of the cycle with it's three sections.

Therefore if 10% are doing mitosis then 20/10 = 2. so it takes 2 hours.
