Any ideas on how I can reinforce my memory to make my revision stay put so i'll remember it?

Make sure you UNDERSTAND what you are studying, theres no point learning a definition or concept if you cant understand it. Think of it this way, say it comes up in the exam and all you did was memorise the definition, if you cant remember it, thats it! But if you understood it while doing so, your brain will put 2 and 2 together and this will help A LOT
And for some, writing the notes continuously helps a lot in remembering them

Memrise is a good website for sciences and languages. They use the science behind memory and revision so that the facts stay in your long-term memory...
