Question about private halls

I'm an exchange student going to MMU for one semester starting September. Most places only offer one year leases so I've been emailing everywhere and here are the private halls that will accept students for just one semester

Clydesdale House
Hartley Hall
Riverside House
Boundary Lodge

Can anyone tell me if you've lived in these halls/know of anyone who has/checked out these halls if any of them are any good? Riverside seems more for Salford students but looks pretty good. I couldn't find many recent reviews about any of them so any feedback would be helpful thanks!
