Study in Europe

Hi everyone,
I have decided that I would really like to study in Europe - primarily for the very low tuition fees, but also to get a taste for a different culture.
i am studying French, Geography, Maths and Economics, dropping maths at AS.
I would really like to study liberal arts, but failing that politics and international relations.
I am happy to study anywhere, could anyone give me some universities they know of?
Also, what is the typical offer for A levels - has anyone recieved an offer?

Check out Leiden Uni Hague Campus, it has a BA Liberal Arts taught in English and is well regarded. Maybe Maastricht U for IR and Pol
the liberal arts program at Tilburg University might also be an option for you: https://www.tilburguniversity.edu/education/bachelors-programs/liberal-arts-and-sciences/ but that might sound biased coming from someone who works there ; )
