    Can someone tell me or have a look for an external hdd for me i've looked on ebuyer, microdirect but their the only 2 computer shops on the internet i though of.

    What kind of drive are you looking for in terms of:

    -size (60/80...GB?)
    -do you want it to be powered through USB or separate power cable?
    -also do you want one that is pocket sized or happy to carry it in your bag?

    About 80Gb upwards
    USB Powered
    Bout the size to fit into a bag.

    Sorry for not helping much in my first post. I've got about £60 - £70 set for it.

    I'm guessing you've found some drives on Ebuyer and Microdirect so I didn't look there myself.

    Since you said you don't mind carrying it around in your bag, why not have a look at this. It's slightly over your budget and uses an AC adaptor but has a lot more drive space.

    Not sure if this was any good or not really but i got a 250GB external HD today for £85 reduced from £120 its a seagate never heard of them before but i don't reckon i'll have any trouble

    Seagate are a decent make - they're a hard drive manufacturer, not just some other company who buys up the cheapest (Maxtors..) and puts them in boxes.
