As with all exams, everyone is different. For me, I find that rewriting notes from the textbook, making sure I understand each concept, helps. But the real bulk of revision should be spent doing past papers - complete a paper, mark it and the make flash cards of everything you got wrong or were unsure of. Drill these cards as often as possible.
