Exam question biology unit 1 gcse

Can some one please explain to me how biomass and pyramids of biomass works really simply I've tried lots of tools but it just doesn't get into my head especially when I apply my knowledge to questions I would be very grateful for any help as I am feeling very stressed with this topic

I did bean plant at the bottom

The ladybirds would be at the top and the smallest bar as there are the least of them
The aphids would be the second bar on the pyramid but much wider than the first one as there are many more of them
And the bean plant will be on the bottom as that is what the aphids are feeding on. (It would be smaller than the aphids bar as there's only one)

Hope this helps!

The ladybirds won't be the smallest bar (my mistake) but will be smaller than the amount of aphids.
