You guys feeling prepared and confident? We can all ask eachother questions here etc. There is one for Biology so why not have a Chemistry one considering they interlink as they're the same course.
I feel moderately confident. Waiting for B1 to be out the way then I'm nerding out the whole weekend on C1 and P1.
I'll start with some questions, but I won't be able to say yes correct etc till tomorrow
1) What would the atomic structure of an element with 16 electrons be, (e.g. 2,8,2)
2) What do we call the compounds that contain only carbon and hydrogen atoms?
3) The most viscous hydrocarbons are likely to leave the fractionating column at the top, bottom or middle of the column?
4) What is the general formula for an alkene and an alkane?
5) What is the structure of the earth, from the center to the surface?
6) What is the most abundant gas in todays atmosphere, and what was the most abundant gas 4 billion years ago
7) Which chemical is needed to harden vegetable oils?
Enjoy and give those a pop guys.

1) 2,8,6
2) hydrocarbons
3) bottom
4) alkane = CnH2n+2 Alkene = CnH2n
5) inner core, outer core, mantle, crust
6) today's atmosphere = nitrogen
4 billion years ago = CO2

Might as well post some questions too.. Here goes:
1) What is meant by the term ore?
2) What are the conditions required for manufacturing margarine?
3) what is an emulsifier?
4) Explain the tectonic theory.
5) What are the two ways of manufacturing ethanol?
