Well before i start I dont mean to sound like a big head or the fact i got full ums in one module should mean i get an A in the others.

Ok for AS Product Design I got 100% in module 3 90 odd in the coursework and a U in one module. Ok i got a B overall which isnt that bad but its not an A and when i got 100% i was expectin a tad more.

I am posting to see if anyone has been in this position before, what did they do? Obviously I am now thinking of droping design for chemistry but i really dont want to do this because chemistry (got an A)is a ball ache.

If this has happened to anyone else please can you say what you did, if you trioewd to keep 4 subjects on for a while until your remark came or what your teachers suggested.

I know i should go with what i prefer but this isnt really about getting an A in one subject and a B in the other if i got a U in the written paper at AS then imagine how bad this will be in the event of mod 6 (an evil paper).

    Any help i will love

    thanks again

Why don't you just retake the module you got a U in?

because if i do that i will have to wait until jan and i wont be allowed to keep 4 subjecs on until then. Say i dont go up then i have screwed up my chance of getting into uni.

id keep an AS grade A for chemistry, and carry on product design, either retaking the U or by just doing better in the next module

haha keep thinking that, its only one exam next year so can concentrate on maths and physics and I'd have jan to resit the physics coursework!

    Thanks.
