Hey, I'm in A2, just did the exam on a resit - I thought the exam went really well! Much better than last years questions. I couldn't have wished for a better set of questions on the history side of it! Only question I can recall cocking up on is the last 12 marker, and not mentioning WADA! - How did I miss that?!

Anyways did you find it okay?

hey I retook the AS Paper yesterday as well does anyone remember any of the other questions from yesterdays paper? I remember:

- Definition of Contemporary concern. (1)
- 3 types of Contemporary concern. (3)
- 2 Contemporary concerns and 2 causes for each. (4)
- How a contemporary concern can be aided through physical activity. (3)

- Definitions of Speed, Maximal Strength, Aerobic Endurance, Localised Muscular Endurance. (4)
- How they can be applied to a specific sport. (4)

- The ones on UK Sport, Home Sport Council and Youth Sport Trust and where in the performance pyramid they help. (3/ or 6 I cant remember)
- Initiatives from each 3 and influence. (6)

- Energy Balance, Basal Metabolic Rate. (12)

- Commercialism and how it developed through events in 1976 and 1984. (5)
- Definitions of Americanisation and Commercialism. (2)
- How Americanisation has influenced UK Sports (I think I left this out but I knew it had effected rugby from Amateur to Professionalism in 1990's, don't know why I left it ). (4)

- How Recreational Sport reflected society pre industrialism. (4 or 5)
- How Rational Sport reflected society after Industrialism. (4)
- Oxbridge universities. (5)

- Discuss how the use of Performance enhancing drugs is increasing (12)

I think I got around 56/7 but that is only based on the ones I remember.

Does anyone remember any of the ones I left out? I'm trying to calculate how much I need in my A2 exam on Monday for an A overall in PE.
