What grade would I need to get a C overall for Sociology (A2)

Basically, in AS Sociology I had got a mid grade C.
This year, i think i'm not gonna do that well in sociology, so what grades would I need to get a C overall? (Or a D at minimum..)
Sociology Unit 1 - low C
Sociology Unit 2 - medium C
Sociology Unit 3 - ???
Sociology Unit 4 - ???
I'd be satisfied with a C overall.. but at lowest I wouldn't mind a D. Cheers.
