I get 1.242x10^-7 eV/c^2

as (12x931.5)(1x10^6)/(3x10^8)^2=1.242x10^-7

\dfrac{(12\times931.3)\times1E6}  {(3E8)^2}

1 amu = 0.932x109eV/c2

12amu = 1.1184x1010 eV/c2
