Are you likely to resit any of your AS modules next year? I would hold onto them just in case.

Depends on whether or not you'll need to use them.

I will need to use only the revision guides if anything.

Plus some things you've covered will over lap into A2, my brother does all the sciences and maths and he's had to revise some AS concept. Perhaps it isn't the best idea to throw them out?

Build an effigy of someone/something you dislike using the notes and then burn it.

Don't! A lot of A2 is synoptic and sometimes it's nice to read over the basic concepts during A2 revision It's helped me also with the synoptic essay that I write in my biology exam and some of the chapters did overlap.

At my school most people resat at least 2 AS levels (even when getting a high ish A) as it is much easier to get high marks this year. Especially in subjects like Maths, Economics and languages where you are just learning more of the same but in more detail and with new techniques. Next year some of the AS levels will seem very easy, do not throw away books unless you get full marks, or are dropping the subject as you may resit next year.

Well, I'm doing my A2s now, doing AQA Maths, and I haven't looked at my AS notes since finishing, but probably worth keeping them (or at least some of them). I did AQA Chem AS, but not the A2, but from what friends have said (who do the A2), I would say you definitely need to keep them. Not done Biology, but I'd keep them as well.
