These online programmes, created by Professors of Psychology Ben Fletcher and Karen Pine from the University of Hertfordshire, are for anyone who’s looking to breakout of old habits and bring about some real change. Each programme is a series of actions that encourage you to take small steps to transform your life, health and well-being. Its fun to do, and its delivered via a mixture of text SMS or email.
You can choose from three programmes:

- Do Less Stress in Herts
- Do Happiness in Herts
There are a limited number of places available FREE to anyone over 18 living in Hertfordshire.
