Strange thread. Is there a question here?
I feel the same. but theres nothing we can do to stop it, so we have to just embrace it. at the end of the day, just because your an adult, doesnt mean you cant enjoy being silly or whatever...
I have felt like that before, i like the fact that im going to university in a month but i dont want to be old, i want to reach 25 and then stay 25 :p:

I am glad I am not 17, in comparison to what I have now it was horrible, I would rather be 24 (almost) anyday.

Argh i turned 17 yesterday, it did feel like it was just another day of the year with cards, phonecalls, money and going out. You have got the next few years [up to 21] were people will still see you as a 'young adult' so enjoy it while you can.

17 was my worst teenage year. 19 has been my best! So try to look forward to the future, because it might be better than life is now!

I'm 17 and hate it. Rather be older tbh.
i thought 17 was kind of pointless..couldnt drive etc.you have more advantages when you turn 18 imo.and i didnt want to turn 19 either, but thats the way it is.
At 17, I feel far too old. I'd rather be like.. 8. But without the bad haircut that I had for years.

Commiserations - I had a bad haircut too. My siblings called it a "bird's nest".
