what were u meant to say about Emily and her aggression caused by TV (SLT) I could hardly think of anything to say except role models and identification

I put that Emily's parents were watching violent things on TV and allowed her to watch. Her parents are her role models so she will model their behaviour. I said that she could be watching her role models on TV that are in violent programmes/films etc so attempts to model their behaviour.
There wasn't really much else I could write so I talked about her being allowed to watch it in her room so it was maternal (and paternal) deprivation and the role models are the only role models she truely has.
Does a clinical psychologist ever use flooding?

I wrote about family size

Same. I wrote about how the kid might do it for attention from their parents, or that if the main care giver was looking after the rest of the family when the kid was first born this might produce the same affects seen when a child is removed from the main care giver at an early age. i.e. Feeling no guilt after committing a crime.

What type of thing did you put?

Yeah

Well there's only a few you can use. Flooding, systematic disensitisation (the one I did), cbt, acupuncture etc.
I did self fulfilling prophecy but I outlined madon's study and its strengths and weaknesses instead of evaluating it as a whole what do you think I will get??

Oh god. I couldn't remember the name of that study so I changed it for another one and have just realised thats to do with dreams.

Would I get marks for getting the rest of the info (aim, procedure, results and/or conclusion) right? The examiner will know I was on about Bennett-Levy and Marteau right?

Well, I'm not a specialist but I do think you are probably going to get marks for the information you wrote about the Bennett-Levy study because what really matters is that you remembered a study related to the theory & I remember that once I was going through an examiner's report & someone wrote some inaccurate information about a study but still managed to get full marks as there were enough accurate facts written so...))

Ok good. I think at first I wrote Sigall and Ostrove and was like wait thats the jury one so the first that came to mind was Hobson and McCarley.

Pretty much the same, I wrote about farringtons study and I also said about how there may not be enough money to fund leisure activities and possibly less money for basics if families were large so they word result to criminal activity I.e shop lifting
