Changing courses

Hi, im currently holding an offer to do Law and was wondering if it would be possible to change to Law with a year in China?
I know it is quite late but if it is at all possible then I would be really keen to switch courses.

I have called, emailed and done so much to try and get an answer to this but no one has been able to help me out and I've just been told that someone would get back to me.

I hope someone from the university can help me out here.
