Hypochondria

I sometimes have a severe problem with hypochondria when i get really stressed out, and can't help but feel it might start when i go to uni it might start again (i can be quite shy sometimes, especially in a new environment).

Has anyone here had to cope with this problem? I spent a long time earlier this year house-bound and have no wish for it to happen again:redface: !

My girlfriend suffered from agoraphobia and was housebound for a long time - I guess it's similar to what you had. She found that when we moved and she got a job it all fixed itself.

I know it's not that easy, but what I'm trying to say is when you get to uni, you may find you are too busy and occupied for it to be on your mind!
