well do they?! i know this might sound like a stupid question, but blokes, would you feel flattered if a girl asked you out or do you prefer to make the first move yourself? and if a girl did ask you out but you werent interested, how would you respond? I know that not all guys would be the same, but i was just wondering

Yes - even if taken, it's a great feeling! Why - are you thinking of asking, orbelina?

Hmm.. If he's shy he's definitely not going to ask you out so that'd be your best bet actually..

Reply 9

Yeah, definitely. TBH, I'd feel nervous about asking somebody out if I wasn't entirely sure that they saw me in the same way, so I do appreciate it if they make the first move.

Reply 10

Yeah they liked to be asked

Reply 11

I think they do. They'd be really chuffed if a girl approached them and asked them out but then you gotta to try not to boost there ego

Reply 12

for the millionth time: YES!

Reply 14

I'd love to be asked out, for most guys, the hardest part is the first move. Women can be very quick to dismiss guys, and women have basically got the pick of any guy they want (to women that disagree: try looking around, there are so many guys that women just arent interested in cause they cant make that first move, they're great people and brillant lovers most the time, but because they respect women so much, they dont push themselves) where as guys can be quite fearful of rejection more often than not, especially if the guy your interested in is shy! Ask him, and im sure the response will be favourable, but try not to ask in front of all his mates, he might get embarresed at the situation!

YES!!! Guys loved being asked out, why is it that we always have to make the first move??????

Reply 17

I bloody would (like it) :p:

Actually I was asked out around xmas last year but wasn't interested and because I'm not that great with girls myself it was quite awkward, especially as it was on a pub crawl and we were around each other for more or less 12 straight hours. I felt bad, both for her (obviously) and for me because I've been wanting a girlfriend badly for a few years now. However, I am glad I was asked out still. It's nice to be asked out by anybody really  Makes you feel... wanted.
