Yes, its a dangerous addiction, and its clearly out of control. You should make an appointment with your GP. Dunk your head into cold water every half hour until you can see a doctor, and drink lots of ribena.

I don't think once a week is a problem, but seeing as you don't enjoy it and want to stop then yes there is a problem!

No. I don't even see it as an addiction if you watch it once or a few times a day either. I would only say it is an addiction when all you ever do it sit in your room and watch it or you chose that over doing things with your partner.
