Girlfriend likes topless picture of guy on instagram
Should I be worried and ask her about this or should I let it go? It was basically a picture of this guy trying to look good and he was topless up till his upper chest. I am wondering if I should just let it go or confront her on this issue?

I think you're worrying over nothing. You said she knows him and that his body is worse than yours, so maybe she knows he's low on confidence and wanted to give him a boost.
