Urm heard that Vitamin E cream works. Also olive oil (although that was off someone old so could be an old wives tale).
Good question, I'm considering buying this for white scars and already-silver stretch marks but I'm always doubtful about this type of thing, so would love to hear any success stories.
my friend tried bio oil on her stretch marks and she said it was crap, but knowing her she might have expected it to work overnight...
I've used it twice a day for 6 weeks and if anything they've spread further

Stretch marks fade with time. Save your money!

I've never tried Bio Oil but I've heard quite a few people say it doesn't work!

Never tried it but you might also want to try Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion- its a lot cheaper than Bio oil too. Palmers also do a special stretch mark lotion.

does this stuff work in reducing the appearence of stretch marks? what other things are available and have ppl tried (and do work)?

Bio Oil, Palmers Cocoa butter, Vitamin E casuples (burst them and just rub them into the skin) usually work in reducing the appearance of stretch marks and scarring

I used it on the scar i got from my car crash and its definietely faded it loads. When i can be bothered il start using it again but u do need to be persistent and keep it up for at least 6 weeks twice a day.

agreed
I've recently bought bio oil, and I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter for months. Nothing will heal stretch marks, as the middle layer of skin is torn and is beyond repair. However, you can use these products to make them less noticeable. I've noticed that if I used them regularly the redness does fade, and regular use prevents further stretch marks from appearing.
Iv'e got some of that Bio Oil, and to be honest i can't see it working but iv'e not really used it everyday just when i remember! It's greasy aswell! palmers cocoa butter is definatley nicer and it smells good!!!
It worked fantastically on scars on my legs, not so much on my arms though, for some odd reason.

my mum uses it. she said its good
I've had it for a week and it's working, albeit slowly.

I think it can be a bit different depending on the cause of the stretch marks.

Mine are because of building my arms up and then stopping and putting some weight on, and they appear to be fading now after using some bio oil.
Hi People

This is going to sound like I am on commission for selling this product, but I really just want to tell people how much i love Bio-oil!

If you suffer from stretchmarks (and i say suffer cos i was miserable when i had mine!) you have got tot try Bio Oil. I had really severe stretchmarks on my breasts as they literally grew from a 28B to a 28F in like 6 months! I used Bio Oil on them and they have definitely faded within 4 weeks of use!

I cant promise it will work for u cos i dont know anyone else impartial (i.e. not reviews) that uses it, but it really worked with me.

I was so self concious when i had my stretchmarks but after using bio oil for a month i wore a skimpy bikini for the first time in years.

lol just to let u know im not sellin this product(!) i just thought that i may be able to help fellow TSR-ers with my experiences!

Cheers guys xxxx :suith:
