say for im doin accounting and business join degree. its 50% of each subject.

how long does it take to get a full degree? or do i need to specialize (eg accounting) to get the full degree?

You do not "specialize" in one, the objective of the exercise is that you specialize in two subjects . I've applied for a joint honours and that one will take me 3 years to complete, but it varies from uni to uni so check, although i'd be superised if it was longer then 3 years. You'll be looking at doing 2/3'rds of the work for a "normal" degree in each of the two subjects you're studying, so a bit more work over all but well worth it!
