Day 4:
Decided today has been my weekly rest day which will fluctuate from week to week due to open days. If any of you are interested, today was bath and I absolutely loved it, definitely applying.
Today I tripled my normal step count, so I feel like I've justified eating more than I normally would haha

Food diary:
Cheerios with almond milk
2x hot chocolate
3x chocolate biscuit (they were free and I couldn't resist, was hungry)
1/4 pizza
1/2 tuna sandwich
Apple
Peach
Walkers crisps
Carbonara pasta

No skittles :five:

Day 5:
Leg day. Those two words had better convey my pain right now, can't even walk.

Squats 3x12 20kg
Straight leg deadlifts 3x12 20kg
Calf raises 3x12 20kg
Leg extension 3x12 5kg lol
Leg curl 3x12 10kg

Bloody hell I am actually dead... at least my 20kg wasn't as embarrassing as my little 4kg arm day!

Food diary:
Cheerios with semi skimmed milk (ran out of almond haha)
Apple
Vegetable lasagne
Two scoop protein shake
Chicken curry
Onion baji
Half of a small naan bread
Apple
Strawberries

You'll add weights to the squats etc fast.

Also, if recommend getting to do a rough calorie count on your food. I find listing it a little pointless otherwise since if all your portions are double the size it goes from a great day to a terrible day for calories deficit.

A rough count at the end of the day would be useful. Just the number.

Just at a glance in my mind the calories maybe seem a little low?
You'll be squatting more than Areeb in no time

Hahaha would be good! Squats are my favourite! Can anyone tell me how much the bar on its own weighs? Because atm I'm just lifting the 'pre-made' bars on the rack and working my way up!

Alrighty so today was day 1!
Didn't think it'd go amazingly because I had a headache all day, but took some painkillers and went for my run anyway.

HIIT: 10 min warm up brisk walk, 12 reps of 15 seconds sprinting followed by 45 seconds brisk walking. 10 min cool down brisk walk.
Was actually quite hard! If I hadn't been properly sprinting I may have been able to jog for 45 seconds instead of walking, but I found it challenging.

Food diary:
Cheerios with almond milk
Apple
Pot noodle
Peach and blueberries
Vegetable stir fry
One scoop protein shake

Not the healthiest of days but I haven't had a chance to pre prepare my meals from home for lunch so had to make do!

I started bench press with 6kg dumbbells, everyone starts on baby weights (apart from angry cucumber the genetic freak who started with 25kg dumbbells :P ) !

I started on 12kg and was at 16kg within a month. Had no idea that was any good really.

I don't think those women are 'nasty' because their abs show how hard they have worked, I admire them. But no, I will not go that far because I just don't want that physique, just toned.

Its just that cherrios aren't the best option for breakfast.
Ignore the haters OP, you're doing just fine

Lol it's really not that bad to have cherios, they're relatively low calorie for a breakfast cereal with a good dose of fibre.

Lol, the effect of androgens on women lead to masculine features. As OP is natty that's not going to happen.
