Just finished doing the Civil war (thank God), but I did Stalin's Russia, American Presidencies and Mass Media last year. Yourself?

In my first year at A-level I did "causes of the American Civil War" which was sources and "British Foreign Policy" which was essays. I actually enjoyed the Civil War but holy hell BFP bored me to death. Next year at A2 I'm studying "the Cold War" and "changes in warfare" but don't know what to expect.

I reckon the Cold War will be great, bit of communism, bit of missiles, bit of Kennedy - everything you need for a year of fun! And I reckon changes in warfare will be coursework, so you can do whatever you want on that, so it'll be as interesting as you make it. Having decent teachers helps too!

Other way round mate, Cold War is coursework :/ but you're right it should be fun, at least I'm interested in both topics this time
