Phone the uni up and ask them for it? I don't really have any idea, I don't have one either though :frown:

Meh...I was confused about that till I looked at the ITC (ITS?) booklet thingy and it said something about getting your login details at the beginning of term. So then I chillaxed and everything is fine....

Do you remember the Applicant Enquiry Service (the one that wasn't very good :biggrin:)? I think that's what the AES refers to. You enter your username as the number for that (9 digits, I think) and your password as your UCAS number (the one that looks like 06*******) and then you can get in! :smile: If you've forogtten the AES number, it's on the letter they sent a couple of weeks ago about how to find out if you'd got in.

It's got loads of stuff, including preliminary reading lists :eek:

Your 'AES' number would look something like 000456789

It becomes your student id number once you register and you will very occasionally need it once here, but its more for the university's own administration purposes.

It is sometimes also referred to as your Banner ID, as the piece of software they use to manage student records is called Banner.
