keep it positive guys, if you're posting on TSR you likely have state-funded education, a roof over your head and many other things you might take for granted. this thread is a place to post things which you're grateful for

i'll start us off:
  • i'm grateful i have a loving family
  • i'm grateful i have my own car
  • i'm grateful i wasn't born in Northern England
  • i'm grateful i have an amazing group of friends

I'm grateful I was born in Northern England, specifically Yorkshire.

If you broke down those figures even further, you would find that some areas aren't far off the nationwide average, while others are much worse. Those figures generalise about the whole region. Likewise, there are parts of the south where unemployment and other problems are worse than in the north.

I live in an area which doesn't seem to have had much of a problem with unemployment. This is within walking distance of the North York Moors national park.

Today I am grateful for Sofia Vergara. I recently finished the latest season of Modern Family, and that last dress she wore, it was too much.

She looks like a man in the latest season (blondish hair & black eyebrows)

As well as what everyone else said...

That my first language is English. Means I haven't got to learn the stupidly hard language as a second language to watch films and listen to music etc :O

My girlfriend. Holy **** she is beautiful, not only that she is incredibly kind. I had to ask her a few times what she even sees in me. I am incredibly lucky. I'm not even a decent guy either both appearance, I expect bull**** to hit me full on in the face or something tragic to happen sooner or later. There is no way she will want to stay with a mediocre chump like me.

I am grateful for a roof over my head.

I am grateful for my dad.

I am grateful for having hot food.

I am grateful for my cousins abroad, their kindness has surprised me a lot.
