well, I can't say it would beats england, but there's an interesting things to see.
you don't know that Algeria is in North Africa, between Morroco(west), and Tunisia(East), So the the weather is quite Good, very Cold winter, Hot in Summer.
People are Good, Gentle and very welcoming!

Yeah I know it's in North Africa but I was wondering how weather varies.
"very Cold winter, Hot in Summer"- interesting, unlike other countries in Africa which are hot all year round
