Males Wanted: £30 - £60 Drug and Decision-Making Study (MSc Dissertation)

Hi everyone! I am currently seeking male participants in London to help out with a paid research study for my dissertation. If you are able to participate or spread the word to others who might be interested, I would be very grateful.

Information

Our study involves participants receiving a drug or placebo and doing some simple computer-based gambling tasks. The study spans 3 separate sessions and payment will be carried out 2-3 days after the 3rd session. The first session will last 1.5 hours, and the subsequent two sessions will last 2.5 hours each. Overall payment will be in the range of £30 - £60. The drug (Madopar) used in this study is safe, and the side effects – if any – are very minor.

Inclusion Criteria

- aged 18-40
- in good health (i.e. Not taking any medications)
- not participating in any other drug studies
- right-handed
- speak English fluently
- have normal or corrected-to-normal vision
- weigh between 45kg - 70kg (99.2 lbs - 154.3 lbs)
- have no history of mental illness.
