Warwick vs Georgetown in international politics

I've received a conditional offer in politics with international studies from the university of Warwick as well as an offer from Georgetown University in International politics. I've been having a hard time choosing especially that it's Georgetown's campus in Qatar and not the main campus, making comparisons a lot harder as I do not have real data to be able to compare them.
Does anyone have any advice? I'd be most grateful.
