BSc will be a 3 year course; MEng will be a 4 year course – where you’ll be awarded a Masters in Engineering, rather than Bachelors in Science. The content might be slightly different in the 3rd year to prepare you for the 4th year, but other than that, both should be relatively the same.

Having a master’s degree will obviously put you ahead of other potential candidates for a job if they only have a bachelor’s degree, for example:

Person A – BSc in Engineering (3 years in University)
Person B – MEng in Engineering (4 years in University, which would mean s/he will have more in-depth knowledge of the field, etc)

What are you thinking of doing?
