Event staffing: Lola v AYS

So I've been invited to interview at both AYS (At Your Service) and Lola Events in the next couple of weeks and, if I were lucky enough to be offered a job at both, I don't know which I would choose.

Has anyone worked for one or both of these agencies? What were your experiences like? I've just read the Lola training notes and they seem very strict but maybe that's normal for such agencies.
