Tangent parallel to y axis implies denominator of dy/dx is zero. This gives you a simple equation in x and y. Solve simultaneously with the equation of the curve and take the negative solution

Check a examsolutions the guy has a video specifically for this q
I haven't worked it through but I guess that you get a fractional expression for dy/dx. Since the tangent at Q is parallel to the y-axis, the denominator will be 0.
