Hmm. Like I said it's hard to tell because of height etc, so a size 14 girl who is like 5'9 probably won't look chubby, whereas a 5ft girl whose a size 14 would look very big. But if we were to say around size 20+ was 'fat'? I view someone as being chubby if they've just got a bit of pudge on them, whereas fat would be like...dangerously overweight?

Just waiting for Tyrion to enter and announce that size 18 is a perfectly normal size, for a "curvy" girl.
