Need help picking university course!

Hi,

I`m in year 13 and just finished my A2 exams, waiting for my results,

I have an offer to study Medicine (AAA conditional), but I had a couple of mind blanks and im afraid I may end up with AAB

I`ve became quite interested in economics and was thinking of doing an economics and maths degree, could people please post and tell me how hard it is, what the job prospects are, what uni`s are good etc?

If not economics any other related degree that has good job prospects and good pay? I`ve heard about "investment" but I`m not sure :/
