Mechanical question. Bending moment and maximum stress.

"A steel strip of breadth 50 mm and depth 3 mm needs to be bent around a drum of diameter 4 m. What bending moment is required and what will be the maximum stress produced? The modulus of elasticity of the steel is 210 GPa."

I know how to calculate the maximum stress but in order for me to get to that point I need the bending moment. I have no idea how to calculate it. Any examples I have come across have used a hollow steel rod instead giving me completely wrong answers. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
