How to get A-A* in A-Level languages

Is there any tips which would allow me to get very high grades in A-Level Spanish and French?

Know your grammar really well
Have good topic specific vocab for each topic
Sound natural (this does not mean native, it means sound like you're actually having a spontaneous conversation no matter how dull the exam is)
Have plenty of opinions
Interact naturally
Know the mark scheme well
Use the language as much as possible (talking with others, language assistants if you have them, and even to yourself)
It has been said that A*s in ML are actually a lot harder to get than in most other subjects (search on google there are some articles which mention this) and Ofqual are currently investigating this.
