Helical Spiral in the Heart Muscle

So my textbook on clinical anatomy (Keith L. Moore's) gives a very basic overview, talking about a ventricular muscle band, an outer basal spiral and inner apical spiral loop that apparently fold in some complex manner to form the heart.
I am not getting this. I tried to check online, but so far, i haven't been able to get a clear picture. Does anyone know how to, or where from can I get an explanation?
Thanks

I'm unsure of what you're asking here, are you just looking for more advanced anatomy on the compartmentalisation of the heart? This is out of my expertise, but I could try and direct you to suitable papers/reviews unless you've checked already?

Ah, well. I read that the heart is not simply a 4 chambered pump, but anatomically it is a complex spiral band of muscle, which undergoes some folding/looping to form the two ventricular chambers and the interventricular septum. I searched up on it and found that someone named Guasp discovered it, and although work has been done on it, I can't find too much credible stuff/peer-reviewed journals about it. If you find one, can you please send me the link?
Thanks

What are you actually looking to get information about? The microscopic spiral muscle stuff which frankly i've never heard of and have no idea about, or the macroscopic folding and formation of the embryonic ventricles, for which there are many youtube videos?
