Parent unable to provide financial information

I'm a continuing student and on my account I have the following under my 2014/15 application:
X needs to decide whether to give us financial information. They can't do this from here, and need to do it from their own account.

Within the next 24 hours, we'll send them an email containing a link - they should use this to support your application. Tell them this email will come from '[email protected]'.

But when they use the link from the email it says:
Your financial information is no longer needed.

And it doesn't work when logging in to their account and searching for a student [me] either! So I'm not sure what's going on, because clearly I do need them to provide their financial information :confused:

Hi,

If your parents are unable to give us their financial details online, they can give us this on paper instead, you can find the PFF2 form here;

Both parents can complete the same form & they should return this to;

Student Finance England, PO Box 210, Darlington, DL1 9HJ.
