Hi, I got my housemate to complete your study. If you are a smoker please could you spare a few mins to complete mine? Or pass it on to someone you know who smokes?
It would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

It's ok. I don't smoke, but I have forwarded to 3 friends whom I know smoke.

Thank you very much for making your housemate to complete my survey.
