OK, i put up a thread a few weeks ago in regards to installing a new wireless card, and that didn't work. So l have to use the built in Ralink RT2500. By the info I can find it's quite a respectable card, but whenever I'm >20 metres from the source it's useless, it says the strength is 'very good' yet it d/cs every 5 mins. Apart from installing a new card, is there anything I can do to improve this??

What is the other equipment in your network? Are there any heavy walls in the way of the signal?

Any option for change the channel? By the way this is done on your router config page, not your wireless adaptor settings.
