If you imagin the red is a sine wave the brown is also a sone wave whocj treats red as the x axis and blue as a sine wave which treats brown as the x axis how do you express brown and blue in terms of y=f (x)

Brown = ff(x)

Blue = fff(x)

If you do A Level you really should be using the term Domain rather than "as the x-axis"

Are you sure that's what he means?
y=sin(sin(sin(x)))y=\sin(\sin(\sin(x))) looks markedly different to that which is indicated.

I vaguely recall my teacher saying something about curves like these but for the life of me I can't remeber what. :redface:
I see only spaghetti of different colours. Now I am hungry. Peace.
