hey ill be living in northumberland too- but i need some advice from people that know london well. What would be the best way to get there from the ariport? (Keeping in mind that I'll be toting all my baggage) thanks

i fink the best way is prob a taxi unless u can carry your luggage on the trains which are realy busy!! it wil cost about £60 though. where u comin from n wot u studyin? im doin managment sciences!

Yes, the rates inside London are pretty high.

Probably easier to take the heathrow express to paddington and then catch a cab to LSE. It'll be quicker and MUCH cheaper too - heathrow express is £14,50.
