Makes for a grim read:

- A 1997 study in British Columbia found the life expectancy of men who engage in sodomy to be comparable to that of the average Canadian man in 1871. Researchers estimate that nearly half of the 20 year old men currently engaging in sodomy will not reach their 65th birthday.1

- Ninety-five percent or more of the AIDS infections among gay men result from receptive anal intercourse.2

- The risk of anal cancer "soars" by nearly 4,000% for men who have sex with men. The rate doubles again for those who are HIV positive. A Michigan homosexual newspaper admits there is no such thing as "safe sex" to prevent this "soaring" cancer risk. Condoms offer only limited protection.3

- Homosexual men face a significantly higher risk of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, anal cancer, gonorrhea and gastrointestinal infections as a result of their sexual practices.4

- Men who engage in sodomy are 860% more likely to contract a sexually transmitted disease (STD), increasing up to 500% their risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. Men who commit acts of sodomy with men have large numbers of anonymous partners, which can result in rapid, extensive transmission of STDs. Control of STDs is a central component of HIV infection prevention in the United States; resurgence of bacterial STDs threatens national HIV infection prevention efforts.5

- Anal Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection is nearly universal among HIV-positive homosexual or bisexual men and about 60% in HIV-negative men exhibiting the same sexual behavior.6
Did all of these stats only applied to a foreign land? I've also seen similar reports on the facts of women swallowing ejaculate, but never known a woman in bukkake to catch any diseases from it!

Sodomy is an unsafe sexual practice.

Receptive Anal Intercourse causes;

1. Traumatic proctitis
2. Rectal gonorrhea
3. Anal warts
4. HIV/AIDS
5. Nonspecific procitis (from chlamydia and other STDs)
6. Anorectal herpes
7. Anorectal syphilis
8. Hepatitis B
9. Rectal trichomoniasis
10. Lymphogranuloma venereum
11. Anorectal granuloma inguinale
12. Anorectal chancroid
13. Cytomegalovirus
14. Anorectal candidiasis

Pleasev read the stats posted in my earlier post. Prove them to be a complete work of fiction or shut up.
What are the chances of catching any one of these per butt**** between two consenting males? What about then comparing them to male-female? What about different races, nationality etc? What could you get if you had sexual intercourse?

(Original post by Howard)
Well how many campaigns can we have exactly? Excuse my crudeness but anybody who is not yet aware that sticking their **** up another guy's backside is a bloody dangerous thing to do must have been living in a cave for the last 20 years.
Compare the dangers involved with other lawful activity. How many people are knocked down and killed by cars? Shall we ban them since the driving tests are so easy and there a lot of bad drivers? Smoking, professional boxing etc.

(Original post by Howard)
Really? What other protection could one use during sodomy to avoid HIV? The pill?
How about just general health? Not too sure if enemas are of any use reducing chances of STD transmission. Anyone know?

Number wise?

I am sure more hetreosexual people have anal intercourse (in terms of the numebrs been done) than homosexual people.

How can we comment on whether it is a problem in AFRICA. ?! Who's to say it is a problem in Africa?

We can only comment on the UK's problem, as we are aware of it and live here.

Unless you are ging to explain the intricancies of homosexual attitudes and perceptions in nigerian schools/society, then your "facts" are out of context.
Well people used foreign stats and justified conclusion from them, so why let it just be exclusive to the United Kingdom? We can't really only focus on us alone as people come into the country from these other areas such as Africa, usually from a place which starts with the letter D

(Original post by MadNatSci)
...you're focusing on gay men - what about lesbians?
Because there are a proportion of men that love watching lesbian porn! Even though lesbians use other sexual techiques which can also transmit disease.

Would it? So the sharing of infected intravenous needles by drug addicts can be said to be a murder charge then?

For it to tbe a murder charge, you must show as you said, a premeditated plan. Forgetting to tell that person/pleading ignorance of self afflictions, is pretty hard to prove.

Otherwise, at best it would be manslaughter. And that is disbutable, as the victim hasn't lost the life yet.
Well if you want to get all legal the current stand on murder was outlined in Woollin [1998].

I don't think that fact that you are HIV positive would be something that you would forget to tell a partner for one. I am mainly refering to cases like a that man a while back who was convicted for infecting two women. I think that murder can aply to someone who is in a long term realtionship has unprotected sex with their partner a lot and doesn't tell them they have HIV.
His name is Mohammed Dica. Here's a link http://www.croydonguardian.co.uk/new...or_retrial.php

What are the chances of catching an STD from having anal sex with an African woman than may be a Frenchman? Shall we treat this differently?

Oh BTW I've known homsexual women to induldge in sexual practices involving other bodily fluids including vomit, urine, blood, excretement. What about the SERIOUS health risks there?

Thank you. It makes me so angry when people are so narrow minded and shallow that they degrade group of people in society. It boils down to the fact that they are simply uneducated.
What a brilliant piece of hypocrisy.

Have an Oscar for that - speciez99 can have best supporting role.

No not really. Your obviously one on those people I described. I have experienced people being rude to me and my mates over sexuality and believe me it isn’t pleasant. So don’t you call be a hypocrite when you ain’t got a clue if you ain’t experienced something like this.

No, enemas don't protect against STD transmission. Only fully protective, gel-tight barriers will work.

typically have far more sexual partners.
what studies do you base this assessment on? or are you just repeating something you have heard? the debate over whether gay people are more promiscuous is still very much raging.

Thankyou for that second demonstration of textbook hypocrisy. You complain of others being "narrow minded and shallow, and simply uneducated" yet take exactly the same narrow minded, shallow, and totally uneducated attitude in labelling others such as myself. Who the **** are you to tell me who I am?

I like the ending, that was brilliant. Go on, insult my intelligence again - since afterall, you obviously KNOW I havn't "experienced something like this", after all, you know everything.

ok that doesn't help me much, i realised i agreed him but i want to know what we have labelled you have and more specifically how my post labelled you.- ps telling us what you are actually thinking does actually help us answer you points in less time and more logically.
EDIT: i have just read the whole of the other thread which actually has some of your views on homosexuals on, altho i took at litlle while to find it due to the arguement between you an lazzzzzz. You seem to dislike them from going to school with quite a few and there openess about it.

How is that any different to same sex relations, because they have anal sex, it doesn't make them any less of a person, and hence anyone who thinks otherwise is very misguided, miseducated or stupid.

ok acuse some ppl of stuff and then just disappear
