Am currently a Ugandan citizen and what to study in the U.S?
Am qualified as a Medical officer but can't work in the U.S so wanted to do postgraduate course in a public but cheap medical university in the U.S
Any one with some help on how to go around it?

The usual procedure (and I'm not sure whether it applies to your case) is to take the United States Medical Licensing Examination, or the USMLE. You can learn more about it here:
