That's some tangential reasoning you're employing there.

With the right pair of jeans, most girls bums n legs look lovely.

I dunno, maybe he just likes the look of you?

You tell who is a player by how they act, from experience. A compliment in and of itself means little in that regard.

Yes, and you should avoid him at all costs to save him from dating somebody who has no reasoning skills whatsoever.

Not necessarily.
Okay, so I've realised, that I've phrased this completely wrong. What I really meant was, if a guy likes the look of you on a normal day to day basis at uni, when you're not dressed up, and no parts of the body are exposed, is he a genuine guys as apposed to someone who wants a one night stand.

So, this guy has been staring at me on a daily basis throughout first year at uni, and that's why I ask. I find him attractive too, and have stared back.

These threads about people over thinking a guys actions are getting funnier and funnier everyday.

"He blinked whilst talking to me does that suggest he likes my eyes"

"He wore a jumper in the winter is he trying to impress me"

"He asked me what time it is does he want to have sex"

You obviously like him to be noticing such minor things...

I don't think it's as easy as that really. If the opportunity arose for him to see several girls at once, he might do. It doesn't matter if you went to lectures all year not looking your best. Depends on the guy

Non sequitur.

(I learnt a thing today)

Edit: I've read your second post and I think you should just talk to him. That will give you some grounds to ascertain the sort of person he is because you don't have much to work with at the moment.

I think there's a mutual attraction going on; he started staring at me first, I noticed at, and that's when I realised how good looking he is imo. But we've never spoken, so I have no way of knowing whether he is the type looking for a relationship, or just for sex.

What I'm trying to get at is the fact that guys that want a ONS tend to be attracted to the figure rather than the face.

So, if a guy thinks you're pretty but hasn't seen any flesh, is he a genuine guy?
