I'm thinking about... Becoming a mental health nurse. I will study an access to HE course in September. I'm looking at Universities and noticed that you can chose between mental health nursing and nursing(adult). Is it better to study nursing and then specialise, to get more of a rounded nursing qualification and getting to know all aspects, or go straight into mental health nursing?
Any advice on mental health? Very interested in psychology however I haven't many relevant qualifications, hence the access to HE to give me a leg up!!
