    If you could list your essential foods on a weekly basis while at uni what would they be?

    Peanuts sold in the shells.
    Why?
    Nutritious and delicious.
    No salt/sodium
    Fiber
    Protein
    Potassium
    Tasty
    Filling
    Just good stuff.
    I could eat those and ONLY those ALL day & in fact, I have :indiff:

    These five I buy on a regular basis. Comes to less than £10 and they are quite healthy. I literally eat Chicken every day, just have it differently!

    Well I'm not at uni, but my five staples are :

    spaghetti
    chicken
    cheese
    diet lemonade
    mackerel (tinned, in tomato sauce)

    Pasta sauce
    Cheese
    Whatever fish/meat is in the reduced bit
    Frozen chips
    Random fresh veg
    bread (make it)

    An exhaustive list of things I eat (at uni and anywhere else) and cannot do without:

    Sliced wholemeal loaf (preferably seeded)
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Milk
    Breakfast cereals (including oats, and plenty more)
    Cottage cheese
    Honey
    Date syrup
    Peanut butter
    Buttermilk

    I don't need anything else.

    edit: LOL forgot eggs...how could I forget eggs. silly me.

    Soz for late response, yep I sure do

    On a cut at the moment, so my numbers aren't impressive.

    Squat 105kg
    Deadlift 160kg

    I don't do flat bench press, prefer loads of incline work and occassional decline.

    wow that's pretty damn good, quite impressive. it's my lifetime goal to reach a 100kg squat but I'm only at 85kg, lol. And deadlift is only at 115kg hmm.
